- When Michael Vey arrive at Stuart’s observation room, Lieutenant Lloyd introduced Vey to Detective Muir. When Vey surged the power in the room, Muir quickly tried to reboot the system. During Vey and Stuart’s conversation, Muir listened and recorded the audio through the phone.
