Zara is a minor glow in Michael Vey 7: Final Spark. Kept secret by Hatch due to her valued ability, Zara (like Michael), has the power replicate any of the other Glow's powers and make them stronger than before. Aggressive by nature, she is likely slain by Michael Vey near the end of the book.
Zara was the second glow to be found by Hatch, after Nichelle who was the only glow that remembered her. In The Final Spark, Hatch used Zara to replicate Taylor's mind reading powers to get information about the Voice and Michael's dad, Carl Vey. In the seventh and final book the Last Spark, Admiral General Hatch tells Zara to fry Michael with his own powers, but Michael gives it all to her at once and in result hits her with lightning. Zara was described for her skin to turn as black as ashes and it is unknown as if she survives.
